Do I need to install sensors or physical hardware?
None. Sunnix monitoring runs entirely as cloud software on your existing system. Leveraging geometric characteristics and current structural components, it simulates theoretical parallel behavior based on solar irradiance detected by climate satellites.
How do I upload inverter production data?
You can proceed in two ways: by manually entering aggregate metrics from your manufacturer's app (30-second operation) or by periodically uploading historical CSV reports generated by your inverter portal (Huawei, Fronius, SolarEdge, Zucchetti, etc.) to start detailed tracking.
How does password-free authentication work?
To enhance security, we use email Magic Links, the same SaaS protocol adopted by Notion and Slack. Entering your email sends a temporary encrypted single-access link, eliminating traditional credential breach risks.
Can the software analyze past metrics?
Certainly. Upon uploading the inverter history CSV, the algorithm retroactively reconstructs atmospheric and satellite weather behavior for every single past day, highlighting undetected anomalies and calibrating operational parameters.
Can I manage multiple systems or plants from one account?
Yes. Sunnix is natively multi-plant. Each roof geometry configuration will have its own independent Digital Twin, dedicated subscription, and isolated diagnostic reporting.
What is the real difference between Historical Report and Subscription?
Historical Processing (€14.90 one-time) analyzes past records, calibrates the Digital Twin, and snapshots the existing system state.
