01How it goes
From the address to the «yes», in four steps.
Type the address
The quote lives in the system's folder, with that customer's work history.
Pick the services
Thermal imaging, cleaning, inspection or drone survey, even more than one in the same quote.
Add the photos
Up to six, from your phone: the quote prints them.
Send it
PDF with your logo or link: the customer picks the optional items and answers «yes».
02Inside the quote
What's inside.
- Ready templates for thermal imaging, with your logo and colours
- Optional items, which the customer picks from the link
- The consumer's right of withdrawal, if you put it in your template
- The thermal imaging calendar: the customer books, you confirm
- By drone or on foot, stated before the customer books
- Your terms for jobs, written once for every quote
03If you like, they do it themselves
The system check
The «Is your system still performing?» link tells the customer what they're losing, in euros, and whether thermal imaging is needed. From there they book in your calendar.
04Questions
Before you try.
Can I put several services in the same quote?
Yes. Thermal imaging and cleaning, for example: each service has its own lines, and the sheet follows your template.
Where do the photos go?
Into private storage: whoever has the quote link sees them, and in the PDF they print three per row.
Can the customer book on their own?
Yes, with the thermal imaging calendar: they pick among the days and times you leave free, and you get the email with the file to add to your calendar.
