02How it works
A customer writes to you at 9pm. Here's what happens, one screen at a time. The name you type at the top shows up on every screen.
03After the yes
Weeks pass between signing and grid connection, sometimes months, and people waiting without news pick up the phone. In Sunnix every system has its folder, from the request to the work in the years after: the customer sees every step on the page they already have, and your systems tell you what to do.
The customer stops asking
You mark paperwork, mounting, connection and switch-on with one tap from your phone. They see it on the proposal link, and when the ball is with the grid operator the page says so.
Sunnix reminds you of the deadlines
An installation stuck for more than a month, the ENEA notice within 90 days, the Customs filing above 20 kW: they show up in «To do today», on the day they matter.
Your installed base brings work
Bring in the systems you already have, even from Excel. Sunnix tells you who to offer a battery, the yearly check or repowering to, and when monitoring spots a fault or dirt worth a cleaning.

04Maintenance and service work
For companies doing maintenance, cleaning, thermal imaging or drone surveys: the same page with your name, with a check instead of an estimate. Anyone who already has a system sees in a minute whether it's costing them money, and books the right job in your calendar.
The check speaks in euros
The customer copies two numbers from their inverter app. Sunnix compares them with the real weather and tells them whether the system performs as it should, what it costs them if not, and which job it needs.
Booked in your slots
A calendar for each job: thermal imaging, cleaning, site visits. You set days, hours, cost and travel, or just the day when it depends on the weather. Name and phone reach you by email.
The job quote, with photos
Line items, photos and a sheet with your brand, no estimate needed. The customer picks the optional items and says yes on the link, and the yes lands in the system's folder.
Tell Sunnix what you do and you only see that: new systems, maintenance, drone thermal imaging, products. The rest disappears from the menu, the price list and your page. The price only depends on how many people use it.
05The PDF quote
Your logo, your colours, the pieces you want in the order you want, from the cover to the closing page. You set it up once, and from then on every quote comes out like that: a system's with the estimate's numbers already in, a job's with its photos.
