Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

By using the Sunnix platform, owned by SoLink S.r.l. (registered office: Via Bergamo 44, 23807 Merate (LC), Italy; VAT IT03727580130), the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use Sunnix.

2. Platform Features

Sunnix offers tools to run solar simulations based on real data, create photovoltaic system configurations, view products supplied by third-party companies and, for companies subscribing to Sunnix Pro, publish pages and quotes carrying their own brand. Simulations and configurations are indicative and do not constitute professional assessments.

• Creation of solar configurations based on Google Solar APIs or without using them.
• Creation of system simulations.
• Use of products uploaded by partner companies.
• For companies, publishing personalised pages and links carrying their own brand and price list (Sunnix Pro).
• For those who own a system, the monitoring service, activated and paid for separately.

2b. Monitoring a system

Anyone who owns a system can activate monitoring: every night Sunnix works out how much that system should have produced given the weather that actually occurred above it, and compares that with what it did produce. It is a service separate from the Sunnix Pro subscription, with its own price, activated per system.

Production estimates are indicative and not binding. The gap between the estimate and real production depends on factors Sunnix does not measure — new shading, dirt on the modules, faults, maintenance — and the comparison is there to flag a deviation, not to certify its cause.

SoLink S.r.l. is not liable for investment or maintenance decisions taken on the basis of the estimates provided, nor for service interruptions caused by technical issues or third-party suppliers.

The service can be switched off at any time from the account or from the link in the emails. Sunnix may discontinue it with notice.

2c. Withdrawing from monitoring

Anyone who buys monitoring online as a private individual has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Italian Consumer Code, Articles 52 and following). The 14 days start when the contract is concluded, that is, at payment.

You withdraw from the plant's Subscription page, with the "Withdraw from the contract here" command and then "Confirm withdrawal": monitoring stops straight away, and a receipt with date and time arrives by email. You can also withdraw by writing to info@sunnix.it, with an explicit statement or with the form below.

Before payment we ask whether you want monitoring to start straight away. If you asked for it and then withdraw, you only pay for the days you had and we refund the rest; if you did not, we refund everything. The refund goes to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made as a company or with a VAT number: those can cancel, which stops renewal and keeps monitoring active until the end of the paid month.

3. Third-Party Products

The platform may include products provided by third-party companies. Information on such products is provided directly by partner companies and may contain links to external sites. SoLink is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or updating of the information on these sites.

4. Sunnix Pro (subscription for companies)

Sunnix Pro is a subscription service reserved for those acting in the course of a business or profession. On activation, the company gets a public address on Sunnix, the ability to publish pages and signed links with its own brand and price list, the box to embed in a third-party site, the PDF quote with its own brand, and one login for each person in the company up to the stated limit. This article summarises the main points: the relationship is governed by the Sunnix Pro Subscription Terms, accepted at activation, which prevail over this article in case of conflict.

Trial. Activation may begin with a free fourteen-day trial. No amount is due during the trial, and the date of the first charge is shown in the «Subscription» section of the account. If cancelled before that date, nothing is due.

Fee and invoicing. Sunnix Pro has two parts, which the company chooses from its account: quotes (the quoting tool, PDF documents, systems and the calendar) and the website (the public page, signed links, embeddable boxes and signs). For a company of up to 3 people the fee is €49 per month plus VAT for quotes, €29 per month plus VAT for the website alone and €69 per month plus VAT for both, charged in advance for monthly periods. These are launch prices reserved for the first 10 companies that subscribe, whichever part they choose: for them they stay unchanged until the subscription is cancelled, even when the chosen parts change, and the others pay €99 for quotes, €49 for the website alone and €129 for both, per month plus VAT. When the company adds or removes a part from its account, the fee changes from that same day, and for the current month the difference is charged or credited in proportion to the days. For each person beyond 3 the fee increases by €19 per month plus VAT, and by €9 per month plus VAT from the 21st person on: people are added and removed from the owner’s account, and for the current month the difference is charged or credited in proportion to the days. Payment by bank transfer is agreed in writing with SoLink, which activates the service until the paid date. If Sunnix sets up the company, or the company asks Sunnix to set it up, the first payment includes a one-off activation fee of €299 plus VAT: it includes the first month, so the first fee is charged thirty days later, and it is not refundable, as it pays for work already done. Payment is handled by Stripe: card details do not pass through SoLink and are not stored by it. Invoices can be downloaded at any time from the portal reachable via «Manage the subscription».

Term and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically month by month until cancelled. Cancellation is carried out independently from the same portal, at any time and without notice. If cancelled, the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for, with no refund of the period in progress.

Effects of termination. When the subscription ends, the company's public page goes dark and the signed links stop opening, including QR codes already printed on signs, flyers or vehicles. Quote numbering stops. Data remains exportable from the account; the contacts of the company's customers are never stored by Sunnix and remain the company's in any case.

Responsibility for the company's content. Prices, price lists, commercial terms, brand and texts published through Sunnix Pro are provided by the company, which is solely responsible for them towards its own customers. SoLink does not verify them, does not adopt them as its own, and is not a party to the commercial relationship between the company and its customers. Production and savings estimates calculated by the platform remain indicative and non-binding.

The company's customer data. The customer data the company processes with Sunnix Pro is its own: SoLink processes it on the company's behalf, under the Data Processing Agreement that the company's owner accepts from the account before the trial or the subscription, and which forms part of these Terms: sunnix.it/data-processing-agreement

4b. Company pages and reports

Company pages on Sunnix (the sunnix.it/a/… addresses) are written by the company: logo, texts, photos, products and prices. Sunnix hosts them, within the limits of EU Regulation 2022/2065 on digital services. These pages may not contain:

• illegal content, or content that infringes trademarks, copyright or other rights;
• other people's personal data without a basis for publishing it;
• false or misleading information about products, prices, performance or savings;
• offensive or discriminatory content, or content inciting hatred or violence.

Anyone can report content through the "Report content" link at the bottom of every company page (sunnix.it/report). The person reporting gets a receipt with date and time straight away, then the decision and how to challenge it. Reports are read by a person, without automated systems.

If Sunnix removes or restricts content, or suspends a page, the company receives the reasons: the facts, the rule applied and how to challenge the decision. Anyone who disagrees, the company or the person who reported, can ask for a review by writing to the point of contact, or go to court.

5. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data, the interpretation of the simulations or configurations, and the choice of products and installers. SoLink is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or from errors in the data entered by the user.

6. Use of Simulations and Configurations

The user is free to use simulations and configurations generated via Sunnix for any lawful purpose, including comparing quotes or requesting advice. Reverse engineering, reproducing the service, or using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the site, the graphic editor, and the calculation algorithms belong exclusively to SoLink S.r.l. The content uploaded by companies (images, technical data sheets, logos) remains their property.

8. Changes and Service Interruptions

SoLink may update features, prices, or the platform's interface at any time. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of personal data is described in the site's Privacy Policy. Sunnix uses Google services (Maps and Solar API) and the use of the platform implies acceptance of their respective Terms of Service.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from use of the platform falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Lecco, where SoLink S.r.l. has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
