1. Introduction

By using the Sunnix platform, owned by SoLink S.r.l., the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use Sunnix.

2. Platform Features

Sunnix offers tools to create solar simulations based on real data, create photovoltaic system configurations, view products provided by third-party companies, and contact registered installers. Simulations and configurations are indicative and do not constitute professional assessments.

• Creation of solar configurations based on Google Solar APIs or without using them.
• Creation of system simulations.
• Use of products uploaded by partner companies.
• Direct contact with registered installers.
• Additional continuously evolving features, including the Virtual System service.

2b. Virtual System Service

The Virtual System service allows the user to receive, via email, a daily estimate of the energy production of a photovoltaic system configured by the user, based on real weather data and PVGIS historical satellite irradiation from the European Commission. The service is provided free of charge and without commitment.

The production estimates provided are indicative and not binding. The variation between the estimate and the actual production of an installed system can be around ±15-20%, depending on local shading, panel soiling, degradation over time, and microclimatic variations. Economic savings estimates are calculated based on the energy price entered by the user and do not account for future tariff variations.

SoLink S.r.l. is not responsible for investment decisions made based on the provided estimates, nor for service interruptions due to maintenance or unavailability of third-party services. The estimates do not constitute professional energy, financial, or technical advice.

The user can unsubscribe from the service at any time via the link provided in every received email. SoLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service with a 7-day notice via email, barring force majeure. The user agrees not to register more than 3 virtual systems for the same email address.

3. Third-Party Products

The platform may include products provided by third-party companies. Information on such products is provided directly by partner companies and may contain links to external sites. SoLink is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or updating of the information on these sites.

4. Installers and Quotes

Installers can register a public profile visible to users. Users can contact them using the provided details, without intermediation by Sunnix. SoLink is not responsible for communications, delays, quotes, or work performed by installers. Advanced quote request services may be introduced in the future.

5. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data, the interpretation of the simulations or configurations, and the choice of products and installers. SoLink is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or from errors in the data entered by the user.

6. Use of Simulations and Configurations

The user is free to use simulations and configurations generated via Sunnix for any lawful purpose, including comparing quotes or requesting advice. Reverse engineering, reproducing the service, or using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the site, the graphic editor, and the calculation algorithms belong exclusively to SoLink S.r.l. The content uploaded by companies (images, technical data sheets, logos) remains their property.

8. Changes and Service Interruptions

SoLink may update features, prices, or the platform's interface at any time. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of personal data is described in the site's Privacy Policy. Sunnix uses Google services (Maps and Solar API) and the use of the platform implies acceptance of their respective Terms of Service.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Italian courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
